Job Description:

The Over the Counter Health Solutions (OTCHS) Distribution Center Operations Supervisor directs workflow for warehouse colleagues and leads their team to meet and exceed daily targets. Manages day to day work operations and evaluates work performance. Assists manager in the total leadership and operations with initiative, leadership, and continuous improvement thinking.

Job Responsibility:

Directs workflow for warehouse colleagues and leads their team to meet and exceed daily targets
Manages day to day work operations and evaluates work performance
Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area
Executes daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies
Conducts performance appraisals and provides recommendations to operations manager
Coordinates processes and assignments to achieve balanced workload and meet operational metrics
Manages team performance through regular feedback and formal performance reviews

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of management/leadership experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Distribution Center or Manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and up to 75 lbs with team lift
Constant standing, bending, stooping and climbing stairs

Nice to have:

Strong leadership skills and proven ability to guide a team
Proven ability to manage conflicts and influence teams
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
