Job Description:

Lead a team of non-exempt employees in CVS Health's distribution facility. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising daily activities of an assigned shift to achieve performance goals. Includes order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping of store orders while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires
Ensuring employees have necessary equipment and materials
Monitoring and adjusting resources to achieve daily production goals
Balancing workloads throughout the day
Monitoring work performance of each employee
Conducting staff meetings
Providing ongoing training and retraining
Utilizing reports to project workload and resolve problems
Communicating effectively across all levels
Analyzing information to make sound business decisions
Building high-performance teams
Standing and walking around for majority of shift

Requirements:

3+ years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment
2+ years in a supervisory role OR 1+ years in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing or distribution center environment
Verifiable High School diploma or GED

Nice to have:

5+ years in manufacturing or distribution center environment
WMS experience
Lean experience
Supply chain/logistics experience
