Job Description:

The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor (Inventory Control) directs workflow for warehouse 18+ colleagues and leads their team to meet and exceed daily targets. The Supervisor manages day to day work operations for front store and pharmacy and evaluates work performance. This role directs product flow and shipments to ensure a streamlined process.

Job Responsibility:

Direct workflow for warehouse 18+ colleagues
Lead team to meet and exceed daily targets
Manage day to day work operations for front store and pharmacy
Evaluate work performance
Direct product flow and shipments to ensure streamlined process
Assist with coordination of processes and assignments for distribution area
Oversee cycle counts, metrics, and tracking
Execute daily activities and operational plans
Conduct performance appraisals
Analyze reports and provide recommendations to operations manager
Coordinate processes and assignments to achieve balanced workload
Manage team performance through regular feedback

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in Inventory Control
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office
Verifiable High School Diploma/GED

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork
Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Working knowledge of business intelligence
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Bachelor's Degree
Project Management Experience
