Helps establish and introduce new hardware and maintains production hardware and software. Delivers system generated forms, labels, and reports for production and trouble shoot tickets. Implements processes to achieve production goals and quality expectations.
Job Responsibility:
Acts as a top-level specialist to deliver technical support for the Distribution area under limited supervision
Executes tasks that may not be routine and are crucial to the progression and completion of technical support requests
Defines operations for terminal and computer to release waves, run reports, and print reports, distributes modern technology, and responds to customer queries
Designs systems to maintain computer room equipment, IT supply inventory, and label management
Delivers electronic equipment support and solves ticket issues
Assists in supporting network application software downtime and outage response
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities
Requirements:
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to walk extensively
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift approx. 50 lbs.
Distribution Center safety awareness
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting printers, computers, tablets (Zebra preferred)
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Nice to have:
6+ months of warehouse experience
