Job Responsibility

  • Assisting distribution center managers in posting jobs, completing interviews and documenting appropriately
  • Training and onboarding new employees regarding FSB trainings, time cards, layout of building etc.
  • Completing various administrative tasks such as answering phones, emails and filing
  • Complying with safety regulations

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or over, due to the nature of work
  • Prior administrative/customer service experience OR industry experience and product knowledge
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
  • Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

  • Reconciles the bank account that all deposits go in to from local depository account to HQ's bank account
