We are partnering with one of the world’s leading global insurance brands to find Dispute Resolution Specialists for a 12-month temporary contract. This is a high-impact role where you will act as a final point of escalation, ensuring customer concerns are resolved with empathy, accuracy, and full regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Investigating & Resolving: Handling diverse complaints and disputes while adhering to the General Insurance Code of Practice
Regulatory Liaison: Preparing formal notices for the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) to meet all regulatory expectations
System Oversight: Maintaining and monitoring Complaint Management Systems to ensure data integrity
Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and enhance internal processes and services
Requirements:
Extensive background in a customer complaints or IDR environment
Ideally, you have a background in Insurance Claims, but we are also open to specialists from other areas of Financial Services (Banking, Superannuation, etc.)
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to have 'meaningful conversations' and maintain empathy at all times
