Job Responsibility:
Manage disputes through the entire resolution lifecycle—from initial investigation to final decision-making
Investigate & Mediate: Analyze complex banking and insurance complaints
Engage: Work directly with consumers and small businesses
Solve: Facilitate negotiations and provide fair, independent, and merits-based decisions
Document: Accurately record case details and manage your own portfolio of files
Requirements:
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Banking or Insurance is essential
Technical Savvy: A strong understanding of credit management, lending, or scams
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills
Mindset: An analytical approach with the ability to remain impartial and unbiased
Previous experience in disputes/complaints is highly regarded but not mandatory
