Job Description:

Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive | Boston | Sacco Mann are working with a "Top 200" Law Firm, with a strong presence across Lincolnshire and the Midlands, who are seeking a dedicated Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Personal and Business Dispute Resolution Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a reputable firm, handling a diverse range of litigation matters.

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling a broad spectrum of litigation cases, including Civil Litigation, Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant issues, Consumer Law, Boundary Disputes, and Contentious Probate matters
  • Proven ability to generate new work, convert quotations, and develop client relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, confident, and structured approach to case management
  • Ability to promote the firm’s reputation and business growth aligned with departmental marketing policies
