Job Description:

An urgent requirement for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity for a top regional law firm with impressive growth plans for their office near Worcester. Applications are invited from Litigation Solicitors at 5 years PQE+ dealing with a broad range of Civil or Commercial Litigation matters. Salary is upwards of £45K and offers a competitive package. Support will be provided to the successful applicant.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a full and varied caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters
Inheritance disputes
Contentious Probate
Landlord & Tenant
Property Litigation
Debt and company litigation

Requirements:

Litigation Solicitors at 5 years PQE+ dealing with a broad range of Civil or Commercial Litigation matters
