Job Description:

A well-established, long-standing practice with a strong local reputation is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its expanding team. With several offices across the region, you’ll have the flexibility to work from the location that suits you best while enjoying the support of a friendly, cohesive department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a varied and engaging Litigation caseload
  • Civil and commercial disputes
  • Property and boundary matters
  • Landlord and tenant issues
  • Contractual disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Contentious probate
  • Work closely with the Partner

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor with experience in Dispute Resolution
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Keen to contribute to a well-respected department
