Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented and client-focused Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our respected team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of personal and commercial litigation matters (excluding property disputes, which are handled by a separate team). You’ll be part of a collaborative and experienced litigation department, with access to dedicated support, ongoing training, and clear career progression pathways.

Job Responsibility:

Advising clients on a variety of disputes and claims
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Conducting legal research and applying the SRA Code of Conduct
Representing clients in alternative dispute resolution processes
Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver excellent client service

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years PQE in dispute resolution
Strong understanding of litigation processes and Alternative Dispute Resolution
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Client-focused with the ability to build trust and confidence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a team
