As a Dispute Resolution Associate, you will play a crucial role in handling civil litigation, property litigation, and contentious probate matters. This permanent position offers a highly competitive salary and provides an exciting opportunity to grow and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on an array of challenging civil litigation, property litigation, and contentious probate cases
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of legal professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Develop and apply your dispute resolution skills in diverse and complex legal matters

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation, property litigation, and contentious probate
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective dispute resolution
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • LLB or LLM degree from a recognised institution
  • Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in dispute resolution or litigation
