Job Description:

This firm offers an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their Dispute Resolution team in Glasgow, focusing on family law. The role involves a diverse range of matters including divorce, separation, civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation disputes, and child law. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and contribute to both business development and marketing efforts within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Job Responsibility:

Handling divorce, separation, civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation disputes, and child law issues
managing own caseload
collaborating on complex or high-value cases
contributing to business development and marketing efforts

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in family law
strong skills in managing a diverse caseload independently
background in advocacy is advantageous
proactive, client-focused approach
willingness to contribute to business development and marketing efforts
enthusiasm for being part of a forward-thinking and collaborative team
flexibility for part-time or flexible working arrangements
