Job Description:

We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. We are looking for a Dispute Manager who will be responsible for processing chargebacks and refunds in an international environment. Your attention to detail and responsiveness will directly impact the company's financial results and the stability of payment processes for users around the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and manage payment dispute and chargeback cases (PayPal, acquiring banks, other PSPs)
  • Handle customer refund requests in accordance with company policies
  • Work with subscriptions: cancellations, auto-refunds, and manual processing of complex cases
  • Maintain accurate documentation for each case and update statuses in internal systems
  • Collaborate with Support, Finance, and Payments teams to resolve disputed situations
  • Track root causes of disputes and assist in reporting to help reduce their occurrence in the future

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of chargeback, retrieval, and representation processes
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (confident use of formulas, filters, basic data analysis)
  • Understanding of how online payments work (PSP, acquiring banks, PayPal) would be a plus
  • Ability to work with a large number of cases and data without compromising quality
  • High level of written and spoken English - B2+ for working with international payment providers
