Job Description

Are you up to the challenge of playing a key role and contributing to the ambitious growth strategy of one of the fastest-growing companies in sports media? We are on the lookout for an experienced Display Media Specialist to build, manage and optimise our programmatic and native campaigns across a range of markets and brands.

Job Responsibility

  • Build, manage and optimise programmatic and native campaigns across a range of markets and brands
  • Control large budgets, deploying and testing new initiatives, and being accountable for the performance of our marketing efforts in 15+ countries
  • Help lead, design and constantly optimise our efforts with the clear aim of finding the best digital methods for reaching the highest number of high intent users, at the lowest possible cost
  • Manage large amounts of data, campaigns, and audiences throughout the marketing funnel
  • Meticulous in tracking campaign results and reporting on KPIs to stakeholders and management

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing banners / popunders / native / push notification ads and other display ad formats
  • Has a performance mindset and driven by creating great results
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully run several campaigns at once, without jeopardising quality and results
  • Has an analytical mindset - constantly reviewing and optimising active campaigns
  • A proactive thinker who pays real attention to detail and acts upon any opportunities
  • Has a solid holistic business understanding
  • Communication is the key therefore we rely on you to speak up and update the team
  • Experience with a variety of popunders and native campaigns and formats, and have a proven track record
  • Worked “hands-on” and extensively with display platforms and DSP’s
  • Experienced in setting up pixels and creating audiences
  • No stranger to remarketing and have experience running multiple tracks across products and markets
  • Experience with lead generation and affiliate marketing is preferred but not a must
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools such as Voluum
  • Experience with ad serving platforms such as Taboola, PropellerAds, Clickadu and the likes
