Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintain high standards of dispensing

  • Manage stock levels and inventory to optimise store performance
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and staff

Requirements

  • Level 2 NVQ pharmacy dispensing qualification
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a pharmacy setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Nice to have

  • Experience with pharmacy operations and compliance
  • Knowledge of health and beauty products
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
