Are you ready to lead a community-focused store where healthcare truly sits at the heart of everything you do? Our Boots Ludlow store offers a unique opportunity to take the reins of a busy High Street location, where a large and established dispensing business plays a central role in supporting the health of local residents and visitors alike. Set in a beautiful rural town known for its food, history and strong community spirit, you’ll lead a close-knit team of 10 in delivering safe, high-quality NHS services while building meaningful relationships with local GP surgeries and customers. With a structured 12-week induction, support from experienced Store Leaders in nearby Shrewsbury and Telford, and the chance to step up into leadership or grow your existing experience, this is a brilliant opportunity to develop your career in a store where you can make a genuine difference every day. Located within easy reach of a train station and a good road network (with a car recommended), Ludlow offers a rewarding environment for someone who wants to be part of a thriving local community. This role is ideal for an experienced Store Manager, an Assistant Manager ready to take the next step, or an experienced Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician who is confident running a store day-to-day and looking to move into a Store Manager position.
