This is an ideal opportunity for a Dispensing Optician who enjoys patient interaction, eyewear styling and the commercial side of optics, and wants to contribute to the growth and success of a respected independent practice.

Job Responsibility:

Provide expert frame styling, dispensing advice and lens recommendations
Support patients with repairs, adjustments and aftercare
Work closely with the Optometrist and wider clinic team
Contribute to frame buying and product selection
Support pricing strategies and product positioning
Play a role in driving the commercial success of the practice
Deliver outstanding patient care and customer service

Requirements:

GOC Registered Dispensing Optician
Minimum three years’ dispensing experience
Experienced across all aspects of optical dispensing
Commercially aware and confident
Passionate about eyewear styling and fashion
Dynamic, proactive and personable
Comfortable contributing ideas to help develop the practice

Nice to have:

Experience with glazing
