Job Description:

We are looking for a focused and reliable Dispensary Operative to join our manufacturing team. This is a critical role ensuring that raw materials are accurately measured, handled, and moved through our facility to keep production running smoothly. You will be working in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment where safety, cleanliness, and precise record-keeping are the top priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately weighing and preparing raw materials for production
  • Using SAP and computer systems to track material movements and stock levels
  • Managing ambient and cold-chain storage areas, including temperature monitoring
  • Operating forklifts, hand trucks, and high-bay cranes to move stock safely
  • Following strict Clean Room protocols and maintaining detailed documentation (GMP)
  • Keeping the dispensary organized, tidy, and audit-ready at all times

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or dispensary role within a manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable using SAP, Excel, and automated monitoring systems
  • High attention to detail regarding numbers and data integrity
  • Ability to work in PPE (including respiratory equipment) and operate warehouse machinery
  • A proactive approach to safety and a solid track record of attendance
