We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will coordinate service appointments, manage scheduling for technicians, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to showcase your organizational and customer service skills while contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming service calls and address customer inquiries professionally
Schedule and assign technicians to service appointments efficiently
Enter and process invoices accurately using company systems
Maintain excellent customer service by addressing concerns and providing timely updates
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools for data entry and reconciliation
Ensure accurate billing processes and assist with accounts receivable tasks
Prepare and maintain detailed records of service schedules and transactions
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role, such as dispatching or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills
Familiarity with accounts receivable and billing processes
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of account reconciliation is preferred
