Job Description:

To be successful in this role you must be fully engaged and a highly motivated individual. Good relationship building skills are needed to communicate with co-workers, customers, and drivers. The main goal is to ensure the shipment is delivered smoothly and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and vendors to provide updates and resolve issues
Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track shipments and manage logistics
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of shipments
Ensure compliance with all regulations related to freight transportation
Maintain a professional phone etiquette while handling any type of call
Ensure all customers’ requirements are met and any change is communicated to the customer and the respective parties

Requirements:

3 years experience
Fully engaged and highly motivated
Good relationship building skills
Ability to communicate with co-workers, customers, and drivers
Professional phone etiquette
Legally allowed to work in Canada

Nice to have:

Experience in hauling containers
Experience in hauling A or B trains
