Dispatcher

• Coordinate schedules and job assignments to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, payment tracking, and maintaining financial records
• Prepare and manage documentation using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing messages to appropriate personnel
• Maintain accurate and organized records of schedules, client requests, and operational activities
• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and field crews to facilitate smooth communication
• Work closely with field personnel to resolve scheduling conflicts and confirm availability
• Provide timely updates on schedule changes to all stakeholders and prioritize client satisfaction

• Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related administrative role
• experience in the construction industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure
• Familiarity with scheduling software is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
