Dispatcher

• Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely communication with drivers and team members
• Utilize load management systems and internal platforms to assign tasks and monitor progress
• Respond to inbound calls promptly and provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with drivers to resolve any scheduling or operational issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch activities
• Assist with prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Operate Office tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook for communication and reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Familiarity with load management systems and dispatch operations preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Customer service experience with a focus on resolving issues effectively
• Availability to work on Saturdays, up to twice per month, and flexibility to work overtime when required.
