We’re looking to add a seasoned industry and service professional to our office team. You would be answering customer phone calls, assisting clients with booking jobs, scheduling and routing technicians.
Job Responsibility:
Lead management and Scheduling – responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations
Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows every customer
Requirements:
Live within South Bend Area
5+ years construction industry experience
Problem solving skills
Ability to mult-task
Professional communication skills and phone etiquette
Be friendly and outgoing professional
Be highly organized and detailed orientated
Have previous construction/handyman experience
Be a self starter
Have computer experience with Microsoft Office
