Job Responsibility
Coordinate incoming service calls and prioritize responses in a high-volume dispatch environment
Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely updates and issue resolution
Use computer-aided dispatch systems and related tools to assign, track, and adjust service activity
Maintain accurate call records, dispatch details, and status updates throughout each shift
Monitor open requests and follow through to completion while adapting to changing service demands
Support daily logistics coordination to help keep operations running efficiently across all shifts
Requirements
Previous experience in dispatching, call center operations, or a similar customer service setting is required
Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia in a 24/7 operating environment with flexible shift availability
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure
Hands-on experience with computer-aided dispatch systems or similar scheduling and tracking tools
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced, high-call-volume setting
Solid customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach to documenting information accurately
