Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team on a contract basis in Tustin, California. This role involves coordinating and managing maintenance requests for occupied residential properties. With a mix of remote and onsite workdays, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of work orders.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage work orders, ensuring timely updates and completion
Coordinate with residents, vendors, property management teams, IT staff, and maintenance technicians to address and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of work order progress in the designated management system
Troubleshoot resident maintenance concerns and provide clear communication throughout the process
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery
Utilize CRM and other computer programs to manage tasks effectively
Respond to inbound calls related to maintenance inquiries
Support billing functions for completed work orders
Monitor and report on the status of ongoing maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in typing and computer programs, including CRM tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Problem-solving capabilities, with prior maintenance experience preferred
Familiarity with answering inbound calls and resolving customer concerns
Experience with billing functions and management systems
A detail-oriented and organized approach to work
Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
