Dispatcher

• Coordinate and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Handle incoming calls through a multi-line switchboard, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies
• Use QuickBooks software to maintain and update financial records
• Communicate effectively in Spanish to conduct business with clients and team members
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve workflow
• Monitor schedules and adjust assignments as needed to meet deadlines and project requirements
• Maintain clear and precise communication with drivers and field personnel
• Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch operations or a similar role
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable processes
• Experience using QuickBooks for financial management
• Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written, to conduct business effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred
