Job Responsibility
Manage incoming service calls in a busy dispatch environment and prioritize requests based on urgency and operational needs
Assign and coordinate work through dispatch systems to ensure timely response and efficient coverage
Communicate clearly with customers, field personnel, and internal teams to provide accurate updates and resolve issues quickly
Monitor active jobs and adjust scheduling as needed to keep service activity running smoothly throughout the shift
Maintain detailed and accurate call records, status updates, and dispatch notes within the appropriate systems
Support round-the-clock operations by working assigned shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or other flexible hours
Requirements
Previous experience in dispatching, call center operations, or a similar high-volume customer service setting is required
Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia in a 24/7 operational environment with flexible shift availability
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle time-sensitive situations professionally
Hands-on experience with customer service practices and coordinating service or logistics activities
Comfortable using computer-based dispatch tools and related systems to track calls and assignments
Proven ability to stay organized, multitask effectively, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
