We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity for long-term growth within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing service calls, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and staff.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to incoming service calls and assign tasks to appropriate personnel
Coordinate schedules and routes to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and address inquiries
Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to manage and track assignments
Monitor ongoing service activities to ensure timely and successful completion
Collaborate with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize urgent tasks
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service outcomes
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during dispatch operations
Provide exceptional customer service while handling inquiries and concerns
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatching or a related role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch systems and logistics coordination
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using standard office software and tools
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to have:
Additional training or certifications in dispatching is a plus
