Our client, a fast-growing logistics and transportation company, is seeking a reliable and highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate drivers, routes, schedules, and customer deliveries. Job Responsibility:
Schedule and dispatch drivers to customer locations
Monitor route progress and adjust schedules as needed
Communicate with drivers via phone, email, and dispatch systems
Track deliveries, delays, and service updates in real time
Input orders, delivery notes, and status updates into the system
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Coordinate with warehouse and operations staff to streamline workflow
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch sheets
Requirements:
1+ year of dispatch, customer service, or logistics experience
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
Basic knowledge of routing, GPS systems, or dispatch software
Experience in logistics, delivery, or field service industries preferred
