Job Description:

Our client in the Transport Industry, specializing in LTL intermodal trucking for Canada ground shipments for over 40 years. They have over 40 terminals across Canada and now their Dorval terminal is looking to add a Dispatcher to their team.

Job Responsibility:

tracing drivers
contact customer service team for any issues
reporting to a planner
print drivers itinerary
create daily trips, attach orders for each driver in the system
planning the following day (availability of drivers)
monitoring day to day emails
updating clients on delivery status, return status
dispatch for 12 drivers

Requirements:

Knowledge of LTL
Bilingual in English and French is required
Minimum 1-year work experience in related field
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of AS400
Organized and reliable

What we offer:

Full time position Monday-Friday
40 hour work week
Starting at 7am to 4pm
Salary 50k-55k + 5% bonus yearly
Medical/Dental/Vision insurances after probations period
RSP program, match up to 5%
