Job Responsibility
Respond to incoming service calls and dispatch requests in a busy call center environment
Coordinate schedules and assign resources efficiently to support timely service delivery
Use computer-aided dispatch tools to track activity, update call details, and maintain accurate records
Communicate clearly with customers, field personnel, and internal teams to relay important updates
Monitor active requests and adjust dispatch plans as priorities or service needs change
Support round-the-clock operations by working assigned shifts based on business coverage needs
Requirements
Previous experience in dispatching, call center operations, or a similar high-volume support role
Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia
Availability to work flexible shifts in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency using computer systems and dispatch-related software
