Job Responsibility
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while prioritizing service requests based on urgency and operational needs
Coordinate dispatch activities by assigning calls efficiently and maintaining clear communication with drivers, field personnel, or service teams
Use computer-aided dispatch and related systems to enter, update, and monitor call information with accuracy
Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams regarding status changes, delays, and service completion
Track active assignments throughout the shift to ensure prompt response times and effective coverage across service areas
Resolve routine issues by gathering key details, assessing next steps, and escalating complex situations when needed
Maintain accurate records of call activity, dispatch actions, and service outcomes in accordance with company procedures
Support a 24/7 operation by working flexible onsite schedules, including evenings, weekends, or other assigned shifts as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in dispatch, call center operations, or a similar high-volume customer service environment is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain clear and attentive under pressure
Hands-on experience with computer-aided dispatch systems or comparable scheduling and logistics software
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working fully onsite in Atlanta, Georgia within a round-the-clock operation
Flexible availability to support varying shift schedules, including weekends and off-hours as required
Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive situations effectively
