Job Responsibility
Coordinate incoming service requests in a high-volume call center and assign them efficiently based on priority and availability
Communicate clearly with customers, field personnel, and internal teams to provide timely updates and resolve issues
Monitor dispatch activity throughout the shift to ensure service coverage and respond quickly to changing needs
Use computer-aided dispatch and related systems to enter, track, and update call information accurately
Support day-to-day logistics by organizing schedules, adjusting assignments, and maintaining workflow continuity
Handle a steady stream of inbound calls with professionalism while gathering complete and accurate information
Work onsite as part of a 24/7 operation and adapt to varying shift schedules, including weekends as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in dispatching, call center operations, or a similar high-volume coordination role is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain clear and focused under pressure
Proven customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple requests at the same time
Experience using computer-aided dispatch systems or similar scheduling and tracking tools
Comfortable working fully onsite in Atlanta, Georgia
Availability to work flexible shifts in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling time-sensitive information
