Review open jobs that have remained active for extended periods and follow up to confirm service status and next steps
Perform final ticket audits to verify that required details are complete and ready for billing processing
Communicate clearly with employees, supervisors, vendors, customers, and outside partners to support smooth daily operations
Assist with additional operational or administrative tasks as needed to support the dispatch team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of training and work background that supports success in dispatch or logistics coordination
Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer service while managing multiple requests in a timely manner
Working knowledge of local geography and mapping tools to support efficient scheduling and routing decisions
Comfort using dispatch, scheduling, or record-keeping systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Effective communication, time management, and collaboration skills, along with a dependable and proactive work style
Detail-oriented attitude, personal accountability, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities under pressure
