Job Responsibility

Handle international Air & Ocean freight movements for both export and import
Quote and coordinate shipments of all transport modes (Air, Ocean, Courier, Trucking and Intermodal Service)
Track daily Air, Ocean, and Trucking movements for inbound and outbound deliveries
Dispatch outbound shipments, acting as a liaison between customers and truck operators
Report daily operational activities to the Logistics Manager
Manage office administration tasks such as invoicing, expensing, and payment planning
Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by management
