Job Description:

Ninyo & Moore has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Construction Services Assistant in Salt Lake City, UT.

Job Responsibility:

  • Scheduling the appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for numerous construction projects
  • Provide clients with high quality customer service
  • Communicate the clients' needs to our field staff
  • Inputting data into our scheduling software
  • Preparing field files for staff
  • Performing miscellaneous administrative duties, including answering the telephone and greeting clients at the front desk, ordering supplies, document organization and filing, and compilation of test results and data
  • Providing administrative support to project managers
  • After-hours and weekend coordination of field staff may be required on occasion

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years' of dispatching experience
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Very detail oriented
  • Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team member

Nice to have:

Experience in dispatching for the construction or other fast-paced industry
