Job Description:

Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Construction Services Assistant for our Irvine, California office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Scheduling the appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for numerous construction projects (typically 60+ assignments every day)
  • Provide clients with high quality customer service
  • Communicate the clients' needs to our field staff
  • Inputting data into our scheduling software
  • Filing of electronic documents
  • Performing miscellaneous administrative duties
  • Compilation of test results and data
  • Providing administrative support to our project managers
  • After-hours coordination of field staff may be required on occasion

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Very detail oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team member

Nice to have:

Experience in the construction industry or other fast-paced environment
