Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to supervise and motivate our dispatch team at our new Dandenong South Distribution centre. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations, efficient order picking and packing, and timely dispatch while promoting safety and teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support the dispatch team to meet daily targets and KPIs
  • Oversee pick-pack processes and personally perform picking, packing, and put-away tasks
  • Ensure accurate order processing and on-time dispatch
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment
  • Train and develop team members to build a flexible and skilled workforce
  • Communicate with Warehouse managers on operational issues
  • Monitor and report workplace safety, incidents, and equipment maintenance
  • Utilise warehouse systems to ensure order accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and team development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus
