Job Responsibility

  • Answer incoming calls as they arrive on the Night Dispatch queue
  • Perform check calls as by the client's Account Executives
  • Provide timely and efficient updates to Account Executives as they become available
  • Use effective listening skills to collect required information and/or to identify potential conflicts
  • Practice professional phone etiquette
  • provide excellent customer service to customers and carriers
  • Troubleshoot problem loads and resolve issues pertaining to delays, accidents, pickup/delivery numbers, and paperwork questions
  • Issue advances to carriers pertaining to unloading charges and fuel advances
  • Maintain communication with the carrier while loads are in transit
  • Other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

  • Must be able to work full time, 40 hrs per week
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills. English Level C1
  • Can work Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST
  • Has 1 or more years of experience Customer Service or in BPO
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
