In this role, you’ll serve as the central command hub—coordinating service requests across maintenance and guest experience to ensure every detail is handled seamlessly. Job Responsibility:
Monitor incoming service requests from multiple channels including phone, email, and digital platforms
Identify and address delays or service gaps to ensure timely resolution
Prioritize and assign tasks based on urgency, request type, and team availability
Ensure all service requests are handled efficiently and meet guest satisfaction standards
Maintain accurate, real-time records of requests, assignments, and completion status
Coordinate closely with maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and leadership teams
Communicate directly with guests to gather details, provide updates, and confirm satisfaction
Conduct follow-ups to ensure all issues are fully resolved
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
Previous experience in dispatching, coordination, or customer service—preferably in hospitality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, guest-focused approach
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with dispatching systems, property management systems (PMS), and Microsoft Office
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice to have:
