Job Description:

As a Dispatch Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Britain’s favourite duck reaches customers fresh, safe, and on time. Shift patterns work around your lifestyle, you’ll benefit from ongoing training, and you’ll be part of a passionate team at the forefront of quality poultry dispatch.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate with the management team to ensure orders are picked and dispatched accurately and on time
Monitor and log product quality checks: dates, temperatures, correct cold-chain handling
Check products are correctly dated
Check products are at the correct temperature
Conduct inspections on Forklift, Pallet Truck & Pivot Steer Trucks daily
Comply with all Health & Safety protocols and company policies
Any other duties required connected with poultry processing

Requirements:

Valid Forklift and pallet truck licence (or willingness to train onsite)
A keen eye for accuracy and cleanliness
A positive, team oriented attitude
Zero to minimal experience needed — enthusiasm and our full training (online/face to face) are all you need
Own transport essential
