Job Responsibility

Identification and resolution of all non-routine and time-sensitive issues that occur after regular business hours
Prioritize each situation (emergency, non-routine, routine) and respond accordingly
Management of all after-hours satellite, telephone and in-person communications for multiple city and highway fleets
Manage all incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service according to company standards
Reporting and documenting of all after-hours activity for customer service, planning and driver related issues to the appropriate personnel
