Job Responsibility:

  • Support Operational Reporting & Data Systems Management
  • Support management of the Operational Reporting System, Manual Editions System, Interstellar - Big Data and Analytics solution, PI systems and other operational databases and systems (including interdependencies between systems)
  • Support management, from an operational reporting and data perspective, of the initiatives regarding reporting and big data and analytics platforms
  • Support the activities of "service desk" function to solve technical incidents and questions raised by the stakeholders of Operational databases and data systems
  • Support the Maintenance and Evolution of Operational Reporting & Data Systems
  • Support the implementation and update of Standard Global Signal Lists in the Operational databases and data systems
  • Support activities for the integration of all new power plants in the Operational databases and data systems
  • Support the Historian Databases Management
  • Support databases of the Operational Reporting System, Manual Editions System, Interstellar - Big Data and Analytics Solution, PI systems and other operational systems

  • Daily review and analysis of inventory levels, distribution plans, and event exceptions to ensure operational objectives of maximizing service and minimizing waste are met
  • Participate in decision-making processes for inventory movement, including prioritizing supply moves and adjusting dispatch plans as needed to respond to real-time capacity constraints
  • Understanding of the End-to-End (E2E) supply chain process, including how various departments interconnect and influence one another to drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations
  • Gain exposure to SAP system tool to build and optimize truckloads, streamline stock transfers, and analyze payload efficiency
