Dispatch (Night Shift)

The Night Operations position is responsible for overseeing all Dispatch activity for their assigned shift in the Night Operations department. This position will be primarily focused on City and Highway dispatch. The focus of this role is the identification and resolution of all non-routine or time-sensitive issues that arise after regular business hours. The Night Operations staff must display sound judgment and involve other operations staff in the resolution process, as they deem necessary. Must be well organized, an excellent communicator and have a keen sense of timeliness.
