Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the outbound movement of raw ingredients and packaging components from the warehouse to production areas or third-party manufacturers, ensuring timely availability for production schedules
  • Material Issuance & Dispensing: Providing RM/PM to the production department based on approved indents, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record), and BPR (Batch Packing Record)
  • Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate, real-time records of RM/PM stocks, ensuring 100% physical vs. SAP/system accuracy
  • FIFO/FEFO Adherence: Ensuring materials are issued based on First In, First Out (FIFO) or First Expired, First Out (FEFO) to manage shelf life
  • Documentation & Compliance: Managing all dispatch documentation, including Delivery Challans, Material Transfer Notes, and Gate Passes, while ensuring cGMP/QMS adherence
  • Material Preparation & Staging: Cleaning and staging approved raw materials/packaging materials for transfer to production
  • Storage & Handling: Ensuring materials are stored correctly (e.g., temperature-controlled), labeled properly (e.g., Approved), and handled according to safety guidelines
