Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage order processing, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely delivery of auto parts. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, basic knowledge of dispatch operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and shipping teams

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end order dispatch process for auto parts
  • Coordinate with shipping teams and logistics partners for order movement
  • Generate and share BOL (Bill of Lading) and shipment details
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
  • Follow up regularly with drivers and transport companies
  • Communicate via calls, emails, and chats with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolve delivery issues, delays, or escalations proactively
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Update order status and provide timely updates to internal teams

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
