This entry-level role is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial-spirited, customer-service oriented candidate to learn the flatbed trucking industry from the ground up. Job Responsibility:

  • Answer inbound calls from truck drivers professionally and route to correct office staff
  • Master accurate data entry of customer loads
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch activities
  • Scheduling and dispatching truck drivers
  • Monitoring and tracking shipments for safe, on-time delivery
  • Communicating with drivers, customers, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred), high school diploma, or GED
  • 1–2 years of business experience strongly preferred
