We are looking for a Dispatch Administrator to support the Dispatch department with daily transport invoice, drivers pay, customer service, transport documentations, and others. If you have 1 year experience in the trucking industry, we would love to hear from you!
Job Responsibility
The person will be responsible for invoicing, verifying driver pay, and preparing customer-specific processes
Participate in managing driver payroll
Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to transport operations
Process customer requests
Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries
Follow up with drivers and update customers
Complete trips in the system with all necessary information
Ensure compliance with regulations
Plan and organize activities to be ready to accomplish assigned tasks, while respecting efficiency, profitability, productivity, health and safety, and quality standards
Other duties and support as needed
Requirements
Experience in the cross-border transport industry
Comfortable with computer systems
Customer service oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of Truckmate an asset
