Job Description

We are looking for a Dispatch Administrator to support the Dispatch department with daily transport invoice, drivers pay, customer service, transport documentations, and others. If you have 1 year experience in the trucking industry, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility

  • The person will be responsible for invoicing, verifying driver pay, and preparing customer-specific processes
  • Participate in managing driver payroll
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to transport operations
  • Process customer requests
  • Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries
  • Follow up with drivers and update customers
  • Complete trips in the system with all necessary information
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Plan and organize activities to be ready to accomplish assigned tasks, while respecting efficiency, profitability, productivity, health and safety, and quality standards
  • Other duties and support as needed
