Job Responsibility:

Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware
Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping
Empty kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage
Perform daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system
Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes and clean kitchen after close

Requirements:

Must have experience working in fast paced restaurant experience
Regular and reliable attendance
Experience working in fast paced restaurant environment
Ability to follow safe work practices
Strong attention to detail
Good physical stamina
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
