Job Description

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Dishwasher for ASM Global / Stockton Arena. Responsible for working in the kitchen cleaning and washing all dishes for our food and beverage department.

Job Responsibility

  • Working in the kitchen cleaning and washing all dishes for our food and beverage department
  • Follows all safety rules and regulations as well as company policies and procedures
  • Helps to maintain all kitchen equipment and its cleanliness
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times
  • Maintains organized sanitary workstation at all times

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • At least 6 months experience in a food service dishwashing position
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a group and as a team member
  • Positive, customer service oriented attitude at all times
  • Strong knowledge of sanitary practices
  • Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
  • Work ethic encourages strong urgency and quality in a team environment
  • Ability to work with other staff members in the facility
  • Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit upon hire

  • Maintain and operate equipment in accordance with established safety, health, and sanitation regulations
  • Proactively clear tables and return clean items to their designated stations to uphold a pristine dining environment
  • Uphold all food handling, health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines with diligence
  • Manage waste disposal according to environmental policies and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals
